NFL Power Rankings, Week 8: Eagles collapse in fourth quarter during loss to Panthers
By Dan Parzych
8. Pittsburgh Steelers
At this point in the regular season, the Pittsburgh Steelers have been one of the most difficult teams to figure out, although they do deserve some credit for turning things around before their bye week by winning two games in a row. Whether it was their rough start to the season in which it took until Week 3 just to win the first time or the fact that Le’Veon Bell is still holding out, 2018 has been filled with plenty of drama for the Steelers.
Luckily, Pittsburgh is still in good shape when it comes to the race in the AFC North since all four teams seem to be in the running at the moment heading into Week 8 when the Steelers face a familiar opponent in the Cleveland Browns. These two teams met way back in Week 1 during a game that resulted in a tie, but don’t be surprised if the Steelers play with a revenge mindset this time around since they know deep down, that was a contest in which they should have been able to win.
As mentioned before, the race in the AFC North is turning out to be extremely tight, and if it continues to go like this, every win moving forward is going to be extremely important. So for Pittsburgh’s sake, here’s to hoping the result are much different this time around when facing Cleveland on Sunday.
