19. Seattle Seahawks

After starting off the season on a rough note by losing each of their first two games, the Seattle Seahawks seem to finally be on the right track before the bye week by winning three of their previous four games. When looking at all of the uncertainty surrounding the Seahawks as a result of an offseason filled with numerous changes, it will be interesting to see if the team can continue this momentum going into next weekend’s game against the Detroit Lions.

As bad as it sounds, Seattle seems like they’re going to be playing for one of the Wild Card spots in the NFC since the Los Angeles Rams seem to be a lock for the NFC West title, although there’s still plenty of football remaining, so a lot could still change. Based off their history, the Seahawks are always one of those teams that should never be ruled out when it comes to making a serious run in the NFC, and with Russell Wilson under center, they will always be part of the mix.

Wilson may not always receive the most consistent play from his teammates on offense, but the team’s previous two games against the Rams and Oakland Raiders shows how good the unit can be when everyone is clicking. Facing the Lions on the road won’t be easy, but at least the Seahawks should be ready after an extra week of rest.
