This game has the looks of a must-win for both teams. Both the Eagles and the Panthers sit in tight division races with multiple teams, and one loss could set them back greatly in their respective division races.
The Eagles will look to come out fast like they did last week against the Giants. The key for the Eagles is to score early and often and not keep the door open for their opponents. If they can do that and slow down Carolina’s offensive attack then they should be in good shape.
Carolina and the Eagles have looked to be on equal footing this year, with neither team pulling away and establishing themselves as a top team in the NFC. A win in this game through could establish the winner amongst the top teams in the NFC.
The Eagles will come out fast again, but this will be a close game throughout. A big play throughout or a late turnover will be the difference to swing this game one way or another. Whichever team makes those plays will come out on top.
