2018 NFL Power Rankings Week 6: Eagles lose tough battle of NFC Championship rematch

20. Seattle Seahawks
Week 5 is going to be one of those games in which the Seattle Seahawks look back, and realize they let one slip away after falling to the Los Angeles Rams 33-31, especially since it would have put them in better position for the NFC West race. Prior to last season, the Seahawks were always viewed as the team to beat in the division, but now that honor goes to the Rams when considering Seattle missed out on the chance to trim their lead down to one game instead of trailing by three.
After an offseason filled with plenty of changes on both sides of the football, Seattle seemed like they were going to experience a year of rebuilding, although it’s still tough to determine at this point where they stand. If the Seahawks could figure out a way to play like they did in Week 5 on a consistent basis, this team may actually have a legitimate shot at competing in the NFC.
Russell Wilson (198 passing yards with three touchdowns) made some impressive throws against a talented defense in the Rams, and if the Seahawks are going to have any shot at competing, it’s going to fall on the quarterback’s shoulders. Luckily for Seattle, this pressure is nothing new for the quarterback since he’s been taking this approach for just about all of his career.
