31. New York Jets

Things have been downhill for the most part when it comes to the New York Jets after seeing how this team has failed to win a single game since their surprise road victory in Week 1 over the Detroit Lions, an outcome that nobody saw coming. Back then, Sam Darnold seemed like a rookie quarterback that was going to perform better than expected in his first season, and while that still may be the case, these last few games have been a major wake up call.

Sure, the argument can be made that Darnold doesn’t exactly have the most consistent weapons to work with on offense, but the good news for the Jets is no matter what ends up happening, this early experience should pay off in the long run. For years, New York has desperately been searching for a quarterback to build the franchise around, and early signs point to Darnold being the one they’ve been searching for, even if the team needs to be a little patient.

Facing one of the top defenses in Week 4 with the Jacksonville Jaguars resulted in Darnold being sacked three times, but at least he didn’t record a single turnover. The Jets would have preferred to see more points on the scoreboard, but at least this can be viewed as a small win, right?
