14. Miami Dolphins

Did the Miami Dolphins receive a major wake up call in Week 4 during their tough loss on the road to the New England Patriots? The first month of the 2018 season was filled with plenty of unexpected surprises, and seeing the Dolphins win each of their first three games certainly ranked near the top of the list after last year’s struggles.

While Miami is still in great shape with a 3-1 record, everyone knows that in order to make it through the AFC, there’s a good chance New England will be standing in the way since there’s a reason why they’re always an early Super Bowl contender. The fact that it took the Dolphins until the fourth quarter when Ryan Tannehill was already out of the game to score their first points shows how brutal this loss was, but at least there’s still hope for this team.

Tannehill was a key factor behind the team’s hot start, and seeing him bounce back in Week 5 will be extremely important for Miami as a team. The Dolphins quarterback knew this would be a big season to prove himself worthy of continuing to be the man under center for the future, so it will be interesting to see how Tannehill bounces back after this loss to the Patriots.
