32. Arizona Cardinals

It only took the Arizona Cardinals three games to realize investing all of that money in Sam Bradford was a terrible mistake, but at least the team has a potential rookie quarterback to work with in Josh Rosen moving forward. After losing Carson Palmer to retirement in the offseason, the Cardinals found themselves in a tough position when it came to finding a replacement since the team preferred to have someone that would put them in great position to compete now instead of rebuilding.

While it was easy to understand their reasoning behind Bradford, the decision to pay him all of that money for just one year was a questionable decision, but hey, some teams just need to learn from their mistakes. Now that all of this is addressed, Rosen made his first career start on Sunday in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks, and for a debut, the rookie’s performance wasn’t all that terrible.

Over time, Rosen will hopefully become more comfortable in this offense while putting the Cardinals in better position to win a few games. In the long run, Rosen’s early experience as a rookie will help him grow as a quarterback, and the Cardinals just need to be patient for at least this season since 2018 already seems to be a lost cause, even at the beginning of October.
