26. Dallas Cowboys

Just when it seemed like the Dallas Cowboys were finally earning respect following an impressive win in Week 2 over the New York Giants, the team failed to show up on Sunday when taking on the Seattle Seahawks until the game was basically well over. In general, it’s never easy to play on the road in Seattle since the fan base tends to make it one of the most hostile environments in the NFL, but the team had been struggling for the most part to start off the new season.

Instead of taking advantage of the struggling Seahawks like the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears, the Cowboys struggled to get anything consistent going on offense while taking until the fourth quarter just to put up their first touchdown. And once again, the questions continue to rise over whether Dak Prescott is the right answer for this team under center after only completing 19 of 34 passes for 168 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.

Not even the argument of lack of weapons to work with in the passing game can be used as an excuse for Prescott since some issues date back to last season. Clearly, players like Cole Beasley and Allen Hurns are far from the answer as the top receiver for this offense, and the frustration seems like it’s only going to continue over the next couple of weeks.
