23. Seattle Seahawks

Painful is probably the best way to describe what it was like to watch the Seattle Seahawks for the most part over the first two weeks since not only the defense looked horrendous, but also the offensive line couldn’t protect Russell Wilson one bit. Seeing how Wilson was sacked 12 times over the course of the first two games shows just how much they were struggling as a unit, and if they were going to struggle at protecting him, it would be difficult for the Seahawks quarterback to stay healthy.

Heading into Week 3, there was even more concern over how the offensive line would look against a Dallas defense that was on the rise as a top unit, but luckily Seattle stepped up when needed the most. Seeing how Wilson was only sacked twice along with the Seahawks finally earning their first win of 2018 was just what this team needed before the end of September.

Last year marked the first time in the Wilson era that Seattle failed to earn a trip to the playoffs, and while many considered this team a strong candidate to bounce back as a contender in the 2018, that’s always easier said than done. The Seahawks still have a long way to go, but at least Sunday’s win was a good step in the right direction.
