3. Zach Ertz

Over the years, Zach Ertz has quickly established a strong reputation for himself when it comes to being one of the most effective pass-catching tight ends in the NFL, and even played a key role in the team bringing home their first Super Bowl title last winter. When looking at all of the struggles surrounding Philadelphia’s offense for the most part as a result of key injuries, Ertz has been productive with 16 catches, but also there’s always room for more, especially since the tight end has yet to find the end zone.

In a way, the last two weeks have been a little more difficult for Ertz as well since the Eagles have not only been dealing with injuries at receiver, but Dallas Goedert has struggled to live up to the hype as well. Now that Wentz is healthy and ready to go, it will be interesting to see if Ertz ends up seeing a boost in his production on offense to put together his best game of 2018 so far when taking on the Colts.

Not to mention, the defense worrying about the whereabouts of Matthews could be another factor that benefits Ertz when it comes to seeing additional passes thrown in his direction. It’s been frustrating to see Ertz held out of the end zone during the first two games, but hopefully that is about to change come Sunday.
