14. Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos better figure out a way to play better at the beginning of games instead of waiting until the second half to rally, or it’s going to a pretty stressful regular season. Either way, the most important factor for the Broncos is this team was able to squeeze by the Oakland Raiders for their second win of the season, showing once again how far this team has come since last year.

Ever since Peyton Manning decided to call it a career, Denver has struggled to find a consistent quarterback to build the franchise around, and despite having more interceptions than touchdowns at the moment, Case Keenum seems to be the answer. As long as he can overcome these issues of unnecessary interceptions, there’s a good chance that Keenum will have the Broncos in a great position to live up to the expectations.

Defense led by Von Miller has been the major strength of this Denver team over the previous two seasons, and the unit has to love the fact that the offense finally has a quarterback capable of putting up points on a consistent basis. Finishing on top of the division won’t be easy when seeing how great the Kansas City Chiefs are playing, but at least the Broncos are in better shape than a year ago.
