20. Seattle Seahawks

Starting off a new season on the losing end may seem frustrating for a team like the Seattle Seahawks, but when looking at all of the uncertainty surrounding this team in the offseason, but maybe Pete Carroll’s squad will perform better than expected. Coming up just shy of what could have been a big win on the road against the Denver Broncos was tough to see, but at least for the Seahawks, they can build off Sunday’s performance.

Then again, it’s going to be difficult for a team like Seattle to win football games when Russell Wilson ends up getting sacked a total of six times in a single game, three of which happened to come by Von Miller. Offensive line was a major issue for the Seahawks throughout most of last season, and if this team is going to have any chance at returning to the playoffs after missing out in 2017, the unit will need to figure out a way to play much better than they did against the Broncos.

Nobody needs to explain just how dangerous of a quarterback Wilson can be with the proper protection, and unfortunately he learned the hard way last season there’s only so much he can do on his own without the proper support from his teammates. One final note, at least Seattle’s defense made a surprise impact in the interception department by picking off Case Keenum three times.
