13. Tennessee Titans

As if building off of last year’s success as one of the playoff contenders in the AFC wasn’t already impressive enough, the Tennessee Titans loaded up with more talent over the last few months to earn consideration as one of the biggest winners of the offseason. Coming up short in each of their first two preseason games may seem like a reason for concern, but also, it’s only preseason.

In other words, as long as Tennessee gets their act together when it matters the most during the regular season, there’s no reason for concern over what has gone down during the first two games of preseason. Of course, the Titans best chance of making the playoffs for a second year in a row will come down to the play of Marcus Mariota at quarterback.

The fact that Tennessee managed to make the playoffs last year despite their quarterback finishing with more interceptions than touchdowns during the regular season says a lot about this team, but they most likely won’t be able to get away with it again. At least with players like Taywan Taylor, who caught two touchdowns recently against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, looking to take on a larger role in 2018, Mariota’s job should be easier to handle.
