15. Dallas Cowboys

Dez Bryant and Jason Witten may no longer be in the picture for the Dallas Cowboys, but the good news for this team is unlike last year, there isn’t nearly as much drama like there was as a result of the Ezekiel Elliott suspension. One week the suspension was on, the next it would be off, and quite frankly it got to a point where it was difficult for the Cowboys to plan for the following game since there was so much uncertainty with Elliott.

Now, the former Ohio State star seems focused more than ever to help Dallas return to their ways from two years ago in which they emerged with the best record in the NFC before losing in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. Elliott can play at a high level all he wants, but the Cowboys know the main difference maker is going to come down to how Dak Prescott performs under center after taking a step back in his second NFL season.

No, this doesn’t mean Dallas made a mistake by moving on from Tony Romo sooner than expected. But if Prescott wants to prove he is in fact the real deal, the Cowboys quarterback better show signs of improvement in year three.
