As the Villanova Wildcats prepare for their Final Four battle with the Kansas Jayhawks, the Philadelphia Eagles decided to wish them luck in pretty cool fashion.

Not long ago, the Philadelphia Eagles were throwing one of the biggest parties the City of Brotherly Love has ever seen after celebrating their epic Super Bowl LII victory over the New England Patriots. With two more wins, the city of Philadelphia could be throwing a second parade of 2018, as the Villanova Wildcats look to earn their second championship in three seasons.

After an impressive tournament run so far, the Wildcats arguably face their toughest challenge of the season by taking on a Kansas Jayhawks team coming off a close Elite 8 win in overtime over the Duke Blue Devils. Despite being the favorites of the four remaining teams to win it all, Villanova is well aware how fortunate they are to be participating in the Final Four when looking at all of the crazy upsets that have already taken place over the last couple of weeks.

In a matter of hours, the Wildcats will officially be tipping off against the Jayhawks with the hope of punching their ticket to Monday’s championship game against the Loyola-Chicago Ramblers or Michigan Wolverines. And as a way of saying good luck, the Eagles decided to post some awesome photos to Twitter to share their support of the Wildcats, which can be seen below.

One of the best parts about playing in a city with multiple teams in different sports is the support they show each other in times like this one, as the Eagles are well aware of just how special another championship would be for the area if the Wildcats were able to come through by winning this year’s tournament. A Villanova parade may not be as wild and crazy as the one the Eagles threw back in February, but when seeing how much fun it was two years ago, fans certainly wouldn’t be upset about it.

But before jumping that far ahead, here’s to hoping the Wildcats can come through against the Jayhawks Saturday night since Jay Wright and company need to take the one game at a time approach. There’s a reason why Villanova has been considered one of the favorites all season, and here’s to hoping they continue to live up to the hype in San Antonio, or it’s going to be a long ride back to Philly.
