Philadelphia Eagles fans across the country have been celebrating all week after the team earned their first Super Bowl title in franchise history after taking down the New England Patriots 41-33 as underdogs once again. For decades, Eagles fans across the country have been waiting for this moment since this team has come so close to hoisting the Lombardi Trophy on numerous occasions, only to end up disappointing each time.
Between losing to the Patriots back in 2005 in the Super Bowl to Andy Reid leading the team to five appearances in the NFC Championship game during his time as head coach many years ago, Philadelphia fans have been hungry for that first Super Bowl win in franchise history. Even better, there have been numerous celebrity fans that have enjoying this Super Bowl victory by the Eagles, including Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Born in Edison, New Jersey, Towns hasn’t been shy about his love for the Eagles over the years, and the former No. 1 pick has enjoyed this amazing Super Bowl ride just like the rest of fans across the country. But unlike all of the other Philadelphia fans, Towns was able to obtain some amazing customized shoes for Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers to honor the Super Bowl champions, as displayed in the photo below.
First off, one can only imagine how fast these shoes would sell in the City of Brotherly Love when looking at how amazing of a job shoe designer Kickstradomis did. Eagles fans have been loading up on Super Bowl gear all week, and it’s safe to assume everyone in Philadelphia are quite jealous of Towns being able to rock these shoes.
