According to a handful of puppies that appeared on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the Philadelphia Eagles will lose to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.

In a few days, football fans will learn who the winner of Super Bowl LII will be when the Philadelphia Eagles take on the New England Patriots in what should be an epic battle taking place in Minnesota. Despite both teams earning the No. 1 seed in their respected conferences, many expected the Patriots to be in this position since Tom Brady has always been one of the most competitive players of all time, but as for the Eagles, it’s been a completely different story.

All hope seemed lost for Philadelphia back in December when Carson Wentz went down with a torn ACL since there weren’t many football fans that believed Nick Foles was capable of leading this team on a Super Bowl run, even if he did have a strong supporting cast on both sides of the football. In fact, the Eagles still finding a way to earn the top seed in the NFC wasn’t good enough to make a majority of football fans feel confident enough in this team’s chances.

Worst of all, Philadelphia was considered underdogs in both meetings at home in the playoffs against the Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings, but here they are all of a sudden being one win away from earning the franchise’s first Super Bowl title. But once again, the Eagles are considered underdogs in the Super Bowl with many believing the Patriots will win their sixth Super Bowl under Brady and Bill Belichick, including puppies that were recently featured on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, as seen below, courtesy of the show’s YouTube page.

Whenever there is a big sporting event, Fallon always pulls this adorable act in which he brings a bunch of puppies on the show to help determine the winner by allowing them to choose from food bowls, with the ones for the Super Bowl obviously being marked as Patriots and Eagles. Unfortunately for Philadelphia fans, the puppies seemed to favor New England this time around, but at least it was still fun to watch.

Then again, the Eagles have put together two phenomenal performances already as underdogs, so maybe this selection by the puppies will only add fuel to the fire to help them come through with another win against the Patriots. Either way, here’s to hoping that Philadelphia proves the puppies wrong on Sunday by defeating New England to earn their first Super Bowl win in franchise history.
