In most fantasy leagues, Week 14 represents the first week of the fantasy football playoffs. No week is more important than this one if you were lucky enough to make it to the second season.
Congratulations to everyone who made the playoffs, and for the unlucky players that missed out on the second-season, well there is always next year. If you can’t wait until next season there is fantasy football during the NFL playoffs that I really enjoy playing as well as a Daily Fantasy League that happens every week of the NFL season.
The best advice for the fantasy playoffs is to continue starting who got you to the playoffs. Personally, I would rather lose starting Drew Brees than getting really cute and loving Andy Daltons match-up against the Chicago Bears this week and losing. In most formats the playoffs are a one-week roll of the dice, one of your guy explodes, you probably win. If you face a guy scoring 35-points, well, you have probably lost. Fantasy football is a cruel world, we are all just trying to keep our heads above water.
I base my rankings on a 10 or 12-man league, non-PPR scoring format, so with that said, let’s get after it.

Carson Wentz has played two good teams on the road this season resulting in both of the Philadelphia Eagles loses, so there is some concern starting Wentz at a good Los Angeles Rams team. This will be another test for the young QB to prove that the Eagles will be a legitimate threat come playoff time. If Wentz is on my roster I don’t see many scenarios where I am benching him. Remember, its playoff time in fantasy leagues, start the studs that got you there.
