Three keys to an Eagles victory vs the Bears in Week 12
By Jake Starr
1. Find an Offensive Balance
The one crazy thing about this Eagles team is that there is no one player on offense that stands out as the “featured” player. No Eagles receiver has had more than 100 receiving yards in a game this season. In addition to that, only once, has an Eagle rushed for over 100 yards; that was LeGarrette Blount week four against the Chargers.
This Eagles offense has been so good because of the balance they have on offense. Wentz spreads the ball to many different receivers throughout the game, and the Eagles will sometimes feature four running backs in a game as they did last week.
Another positive of this Eagles offense is how coach Doug Pederson has really found a balance between running the ball and throwing the ball. The newly established running game, that has become dominant, has really made things easier on the Eagles second-year quarterback.
The Bears feature what is a very good defense; although, they do struggle a bit more away from home, which will help out the Eagles on Sunday.

The Eagles need to continue to just take what the defense is giving them and not try to force the ball to any one particular player. While also featuring their “four-headed monster” at running back. Having the ability to swap in and out running backs and not have a drop off in production will aide the Eagles greatly as the weather gets colder and we approach playoff football.
Philadelphia needs to strike quickly and get out to an early lead against the Bears to put them away early. For them to do this, they must continue to spread the ball and stay balanced on offense. If they do that, then expect another big day offensively.
