2. Get Everyone Involved

Sitting at 6-1, it seems like everything is firing on all cylinders for this seasons Eagles team. Getting set to make a serious push for the playoffs and a top seed in the NFC, Philadelphia still has a lot to improve upon, which all in all, sounds pretty promising given how well they have played.

As the offense has looked great so far, they have built their success without much in the way of contributions from some of their key offseason acquisitions. While Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith have had either individual moments, their impact has yet to light up the stat sheet. If the Eagles wish to make a deep playoff run, getting these two involved will be a major key.

Week 8 will be a great opportunity to start to open things up and get the rest of the offense involved. If the Eagles can establish the rest of their offense, then that will make them even that more dangerous going forward. A big game from the guys on the outside could serve as a catalyst for even more offensive success down the home stretch.

After seeing Ezekiel Elliot run all over the 49ers last week to the tune of 147 yards and two touchdowns, it would also be wise for the Eagles to also try to get the running game involved. Particularly LeGarrette Blount.

Blount rushed the ball a career-high 299 times last season with New England, so it would make sense that the Eagles have not tried to pin too much on the soon to be 31-year old. But Blount is this teams best running back, and if they would like to have continued success, they must start to unleash the beast, and that can start this Sunday against San Francisco.

A big game from Blount, in addition to Jeffery and Smith, can help to not just establish this offense as one of the league`s best, but it can also really make it tough on teams to defend the Eagles when you add in the success of Zach Ertz and Nelson Agholor thus far.
