3. Slow Down Melvin Gordon
Much of the Chargers offense revolves around establishing Melvin Gordon. After struggling his rookie year, Gordon has shown to be a very good addition to the Chargers offense. If the Philadelphia Eagles let Melvin Gordon get going on Sunday, they may be in for a very long game.
In a game where the Eagles will be trying to dominate the possession with the ground game, they can not afford to let the Chargers do the same with Melvin Gordon. If the Philadelphia Eagles can slow down Gordon, the defensive line will be able to put their attention to getting to Philip Rivers and forcing those aforementioned mistakes.

With no Fletcher Cox, potentially all of this will be very tough to achieve. The other starters on the line and the rotational guys must step up on Sunday if the Eagles want to avoid any issues on the defensive side of the ball.
