Bennett was a questionable pick at the time, and looks like a huge mistake in hindsight. He’s played for three teams in three years and has only averaged 4.2 points per game. It was tough for anyone to predict the “Greek Freak” becoming this good. The Philadelphia 76ers certainly didn’t, since they passed on him twice.

Philadelphia 76ers picks: Noel (pick traded by Pelicans), Carter-Williams

Noel might have been the top pick if not for a knee injury that caused him to miss his entire first season. He’s emerged as a strong defensive player with an incomplete offensive game.

MCW got off to a fantastic start, and won the the rookie of the year award. Since then, his career has taken a downward turn, and some suspect that starting out on an awful team with little help around him hurt his development.
