2012

Top pick: Anthony Davis

Best player: Davis

Other notables: Damian Lillard (6), Draymond Green (35)

Analysis

Despite entering the league as a defensive force who was an unfinished product on offense, Davis has averaged 20.8 points per game thus far in his career.

Despite the presence of Davis, Lilliard was actually the rookie of the year in 2012-2013. He’s made two All-Star teams. And though he is now known for his kicking ability, Green was an absolute steal in the second round.

Philadelphia 76ers pick: Maurice Harkless (15)

Harkless never played for the Sixers as he was sent to Orlando as part of the Bynum trade. The SIxers later traded up to take Arnett Moultrie who only played in the league briefly before being traded and heading overseas.
