For the Philadelphia Eagles, the 2016 NFL draft could be one that is franchise altering. The Philadelphia Eagles traded five picks over the course of the next three drafts (including 2016) to the Cleveland Browns to move up to the second overall pick presumably to select either California’s Jared Goff or North Dakota State’s Carson Wentz, both of whom have been hailed by some to be a franchise quarterback.
