7. The Mark Sanchez Era Begins, November 2, 2014
The Situation: Foles was knocked out of the game with a broken collarbone at the end of the first quarter, leaving the offense in the hands of Mark Sanchez who takes over at the Eagles’ 40-yard-line.
The Play:

The Result: Sanchez wastes little time getting adjusted to the speed of the game, throwing a 52-yard bomb to Maclin on a deep post route. Sanchez received a lot of the blame – deservedly so – for his poor performance during the Eagles’ collapse at the end of 2014, but he played well during his first couple games as an Eagle. This throw shows what could’ve been with Sanchez, had he been able to cut out the dumb mistakes.
