The Situation: In a game that will forever be known as the Snow Bowl, the Eagles struggle to score just six points through the first three quarters against the Detroit Lions. Trailing 14-6 in the fourth quarter, the Eagles are set up for an historic quarter of football.
The Play:
The Result: McCoy runs 40 yards for a touchdown and less than two minutes later, he scampers 57 yards to pay dirt. In all, the Eagles run for 299 yards and Shady finishes with 217, a franchise record. The Eagles reel off a total of four rushing touchdowns in the fourth quarter and beat the Lions 34-20 on a field that saw upwards of 10 inches of snow on the field.
