DeSean Jackson’s Top Five Moments With Eagles
By Tim Kelly
2. DeSean has career night against the Cowboys
One of my biggest complaints about DeSean Jackson during the Andy Reid era, was that he would make one explosive play throughout the game, and then he would be shut-down the rest of the game. That wasn’t the case on a Sunday Night Football game against the Cowboys in 2010, when Jackson had the most explosive game of his career.
In a win that ultimately pushed the Eagles towards the NFC East crown, Jackson caught four balls for 210 yards, including a 91 yard touchdown (see below) that was capped off with Jackson falling into the end-zone, and getting an excessive celebration penalty that was well worth it.
En route to leading the Eagles to a 30-27 win over the Cowboys, Jackson also had receptions for 60 yards, 37 yards, and 22 yards, in what turned out to be the most impressive game throughout the course of his six year Eagles career.
