52. The Jaguars will use 3rd overall selections in back-to-back offseasons to acquire the two most important players on the roster. In 2014, quarterback Blake Bortles was brought into the fold to serve as the face of a franchise trying to establish itself as more than a weekly sideshow. In 2015, Gus Bradley gets his primary defensive weapon and pass rusher in the form of Florida’s Dante Fowler. Fowler was used in a multitude of roles with the Gators and has been among the fastest risers as far as stock leading up to the draft. Though this class has a handful of edge rushers and the Jaguars could go in another direction with this pick, this seems like an ideal option for them. With teams selecting quarterbacks with the two selections prior to theirs, Jacksonville can take their top-rated player on the board.. Linebacker. Florida. Dante Fowler Jr.. 3. player
