1. player. 48. There’s really no reason for the Bucs to put up any sort of smokescreen given their position in the draft. Winston is not without his flaws, but very rarely do teams in desperate need of a franchise quarterback have the opportunity to address such a vacancy with a prospect as strong as the Florida State signal-caller. Winston’s local ties and his natural leadership ability should make him a fan-favorite upon his arrival in Tampa Bay. From there, it’s up to Lovie Smith and the rest of the coaching staff to make sure their franchise quarterback’s troubling tendencies from college don’t catch up with him in the pros. Barring any issues in that department, Winston could very well be one of the next great young quarterbacks to arrive in the NFL.. Quarterback. Florida State. Jameis Winston
