14. player. 59. The Dolphins made out like bandits this offseason, capitalizing on New Orleans’ salary purge by landing Kenny Stills AND finding their way out from under Mike Wallace’s gargantuan number. Still, it is imperative to continue to foster a positive situation for quarterback Ryan Tannehill as he continues his ascension among the ranks. Parker does not get the hype that White or Cooper does, but the Louisville wideout was almost always the best player on the field during 2014. He missed a good chunk of the season recovering from injury, but was impressive enough when he returned that teams should not feel reluctance in drafting him towards the top of the first round. Parker has legitimate size (6’3”) and skill to operate as a top receiver in the NFL should he continue to progress.
