The Philadelphia 76ers accomplished their goals in the 2016 NBA Draft, but how did they fare with each individual pick?

The Philadelphia 76ers were the most talked about team leading up to the draft. Not necessarily involving the top pick, but how they would build around the whom they select first overall and how the team handles the surplus of talent in the front-court.

The team not only kicked off the night with a bang, but made some valuable selections in the later half of the draft as well.

The team needed to perform well in Thursday night’s draft, as they are heading into the turning point of the rebuilding process and will look to make at least an incremental improvement from their horrendous 2015-16 season.

The Philadelphia 76ers were swirled around in numerous trade rumors. Nerlens Noel to Boston for the 3rd pick, trying to trade for the 5th pick in order to select Kris Dunn, and even involved in reports for Ricky Rubio.

With all the insanity that ensued, the Philadelphia 76ers were locked in on not completely muddling up this important draft, and they may have accomplished that goal.

The grading system for the selections are based on value of the pick, fit with the team, and just overall talent. The Philadelphia 76ers kicked off the night without a surprise.
