Phillies deal Roberto Hernandez to Dodgers

According to the Phillies’  Twitter account, the Roberto Hernandez era has come to a conclusion.

We’ll always have that time that Cole Hamels called him ‘Robbie Fausto’. That, and his 3.87 ERA.

As for the Dodgers, I’m acting under the assumption that this means that the team may move Josh Beckett. Either way, Hernandez will likely be used as a long-man in the playoffs, assuming he is on the playoff roster at all.
