So....Matt Barkley owned a Twitter troll

In case you missed it, 50 cent, much like his rap career, has seen better days throwing a baseball (at least I assume that). After seeing that throw earlier this evening, which fittingly came while wearing a Mets’ jersey, a UCLA fan tweeted this tweet (and tagged Matt Barkley in it), which I originally got a laugh out of.

That tweet was retweeted a bunch of times, before Barkley decided to have a little fun of his own.

So, you shouldn’t throw stones if you live in a glass house (which 50 once said in the song “Patiently Waiting”), I guess? Or don’t respond to Twitter trolls when you didn’t exactly shine in your rookie season and the organization needed to find an outside solution to keep you from being the backup. Either moral to the story works, depending on your point of view.
