Brent Celek’s Dad Isn’t A Big Fan Of His New Touchdown Celebration

Brent Celek spread three catches out for team-leading 71 yards last night, including a 14-yard touchdown reception with 1:19 remaining in the first-half last night, that gave the Eagles a 17-7 lead.

After scoring the touchdown Celek did, what is becoming his signature touchdown celebration, which is pictured above.

I think a majority of us love the celebration, and seeing Celek play at a high level again. Sheil Kapadia of Birds 24/7 reminded us last night, that Celek’s dad isn’t as enamored with Celek’s celebration as we are.

Celek had to re-invent his celebrations, because he can’t get up and point after a big catch like he used to be able to, because in Chip Kelly’s offense, he has to sprint to the line of scrimmage. And the NFL just had to ban his Captain Morgan pose celebration.
