In addition to losing their best offensive player for the season, in Tony Romo, due to a back injury, the Cowboys also got news today that arguably their best defensive player, Sean Lee, is also done for the season.

Linebacker Sean Lee will also miss the rest of the season with a neck injury. ESPN first reported the Romo news.

That report is per ESPN, via NFL.com.

The difference in the Lee news, is that he hasn’t played since week 14, as he has been dealing with his neck injury. So as important as Lee is to the Cowboys defense, this news isn’t much of a surprise.

It sure feels like everything is falling the Eagles way right about now.
