#WinlessforWiggins may have taken a backseat after the Sixers got off to a shocking 3-0 start, but now as the Sixers sit at 4-4, after a 109-85 beatdown at the hands of the defending Western conference Champion San Antonio Spurs last night, reality may be coming back into check. The Sixers need a superstar.
So tonight’s Champion’s Classic showdown between #4 Duke and #5 Kansas, essentially is like if the Sixers played a game seven in a playoff series. It is a must watch if you consider yourself a diehard Sixers fan.
The game will feature the projected number one and two picks in next year’s NBA draft, Kansas’s Andrew Wiggins and Duke’s Jabari Parker, both of whom appear to have superstar potential in the NBA.
Through one game in their college basketball careers, the two appear to be showing the promise that made them so touted before they ever stepped on an NCAA court.
Wiggins dropped 16 points in Kansas’s first game win over UL Monroe, while showing some defensive prowess with 3 steals.
Parker dropped 22 points while grabbing six boards as Duke cruised to a win over Davidson.
Here is the information on when and where you can watch the two potential Sixers square off tonight.
