After sustaining a concussion in last Sunday’s loss to the Cowboys, Nick Foles is inactive for today’s tilt against the New York Giants. Foles headlines the inactives as Michael Vick will return to action after missing two and a half games due to a hamstring strain. Hopefully Vick is able to stay healthy, because after watching Matt Barkley’s NFL debut last Sunday, I’m not exactly confident that he can come in and lead the Eagles to a victory should Vick go down.
Safety Patrick Chung will miss his fourth game this season, as he misses his second consecutive game with a shoulder injury. Chung isn’t an All-Pro by any means, but his absence once again will force Nate Allen and Earl Wolff into action, which can’t make too many Eagles fans comfortable.
Here are the rest of the Eagles inactives against the Giants.
