Eagles Acquire Arrelious Benn

The Philadelphia Eagles are continuing to add more pieces to the team, acquiring wide receiver, Arrelious Benn, from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Eagles also received a 7th round draft pick. The Bucs in return received a 6th round draft pick and a conditional pick in 2014.

Benn is 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds. He has dealt with many injuries in his career, playing only a total of 37 games and starting only 24. For his career, he has 59 receptions, 862 yards, and 5 touchdowns.

Although Benn isn’t a star, he will make a solid addition for this Eagles team.

Last season, the Eagles struggled tremendously to score points in the endzone, so hopefully he can help out in that area.

With his size, the Eagles are hoping he can contribute in many ways.
