Evan Turner Leads The Sixers To Victory


The Philadelphia 76ers have finally won a game, defeating the Golden State Warriors 104-97 last night. The Sixers have finally ended their 7-game losing streak in an exciting way.

Evan Turner led the way, finishing with 22 points, 10 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, and 1 assist away from a triple double with 9 assists. He was also was 10 for 15 shooting. Hopefully he can continue his success for the rest of the season and in the future. Jrue Holiday also had a great performance, finishing with 27 points and 7 assists.

Doug Collins said, “It was huge, it was huge. You look at our schedule and everything, everybody’s got us done and buried and everything. We’ve gone through this before. We said, tonight, let’s have something good happen and let’s try to build on it.” 

This win was a huge team effort and a huge confidence-booster.
