The Philadelphia Phillies defeated the Altanta Braves today, 10-5, in a Spring Training game that showed a lot of positives moving forward for the Phils.

The Phillies bats’ led the way, finishing with 13 hits.

Ryan Howard finished with a productive performance, hitting a double and a homerun. John Mayberry Jr. hit a homerun as well. Ben Revere, Freddy Galvis, Chase Utley, and Darin Ruf all chipped in 2 hits. Michael Young and Domonic Brown both added in one hit.

Domonic Brown is showing a lot of positives this 2013 Spring Training, so hopefully he carries this production into the regular season.

Although this game doesn’t mean much, it was a great victory for the Phillies and gave us a preview of what this lineup will hopefully bring once Opening Day begins.
